Privacy Policy

• Account details: first and last name, email address, business name, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Inquiry details: anything you enter in the contact form, including your project description, weekly budget or hours, and how to reach you.
• Client portal content: website suggestions and requests you submit, business-detail change requests, and reviews you write.
• Billing records: invoices, line items, amounts, and payment status. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Basic usage data: anonymous page-visit records (page path, referring site, and a temporary session identifier) used to understand which pages are useful.

• Responding to inquiries and preparing quotes.
• Creating and operating your account and client portal.
• Sending invoices, receipts, project updates, and suggestion status notifications.
• Publishing reviews you submit, only after they are approved.
• Keeping the site secure and improving its content and performance.

We do not use your information for advertising or send marketing email you did not ask for.

We share information only with the providers needed to run the service:

• Stripe handles payment processing. Card details you enter at checkout go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy policy, which governs that data. We receive only the payment status and amount.
• Hosting, database, and authentication provider securely stores your account and project records and manages sign-in.
• Transactional email provider delivers account, invoice, and project emails on our behalf.

These providers may only process data to deliver their service to us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if legally required to do so.

Essential cookies and local storage keep you signed in and make secure checkout work; these cannot be turned off without breaking the site. Optional analytics storage records anonymous page visits. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used today.

Account and project records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for support history, tax, and legal obligations. Invoice and payment records are retained as required by law. Anonymous visit records are kept in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to records we must legally keep.

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or update it yourself in the portal.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Withdraw optional cookie consent, or opt out of non-essential email.

Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time frame.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that restrict each account to its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but security is treated as a first-class part of how this site is built.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
